Frequently Asked Questions

When will I be charged?

Quarterly Chaos memberships renew automatically every 3 months on the date you originally signed up.

Yearly Chaos memberships renew automatically once per year on your signup date.

When do boxes ship?

Sweetly Snarky Mail Club boxes ship quarterly during the third week of:

• April

To receive an upcoming box, subscribe by the 12th of the shipping month. Orders placed after the 12th will automatically roll over to the next seasonal shipment.

Can I cancel anytime?

Quarterly Chaos memberships may be canceled anytime through your account portal before the next renewal date.

Yearly Chaos memberships may be canceled to prevent future renewals but are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Can I purchase past boxes?

Maybe.

If extras remain after member shipments are complete, a limited quantity may be released to the public. Many items are created exclusively for members and may never be restocked.

Are refunds available?

Due to the custom and limited nature of subscription items, refunds are not available once payment has been processed.

What if my package is lost?

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before the 12th of the shipping month. Gearhart Design Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
