How to Order
All custom invitation and party supply orders are placed directly through me via email. Once I have your details, I’ll send you an invoice, and then the fun designing begins!
Step 1: Send Me an Email
Email me at gearhartdesignco@gmail.com with the following info:

Your Name, phone number, and mailing address

Event Type (birthday, baby shower, graduation, etc.)

Event Details (name, age, date, time, location, RSVP info, registry link, etc.)

Theme / Colors / Inspiration (Pinterest boards, photos, or just vibes — anything helps!)

Quantity Needed (minimum of 10 for printed items)

Add-Ons you’d like (thank you cards, banners, cupcake toppers, etc.)

Digital or Printed? (and if printed, mailing address for delivery)
Step 2: Invoice & Proof

I’ll email you an invoice. Once it’s paid, I’ll start on your design and send you a proof to review.
Step 3: Approve & Print
After you approve the design, I’ll either:

Send you a high-resolution digital file, or
-
Begin printing and ship your order upon completion.
Step 4: Party Time!

I’m fast, but not Amazon Prime. While most orders are finished sooner, please allow up to 2 weeks just in case. Need it yesterday? Ask me about a rush option!
